Poly Processing Company
poly-processing
One of the leading tank manufacturers, Poly Processing, produces a line of “full drainage” tanks that have an integrally molded flanged outlet, the IMFO™. Most of the IMFO™ flanges are 3" and 4" while most of the connecting piping is 2" or smaller. Valves and flexible connections at the larger sizes are more costly and have a longer projection.
The Solution
The IMFO-Ducer reduces from the standard 3" or 4" IMFO™ molded-in flange to your specified pipe size immediately in the mating flange while maintaining the “full drainage” capability of the IMFO™ tank. The immediate reduction enables you to reduce the cost of your valves and flexible connections while allowing for direct connection to the properly sized piping. Additionally, the overall projection (length) of your outlet assembly is reduced. The IMFO-Ducer is available in 316SS and PVC as standard. Reductions to 1/2" can be supplied and the full range of connections are available including flange, MPT, FPT, and sanitary; we can even provide a pipe stub for connection if desired. We will provide the best performance, value, and service to meet your tank accessory requirements, period. /Asset/Flanged.jpg
The 1ST STEP in selecting the flanged tank adapter for your storage tank is to determine the proper materials of construction. Your selection will be based on compatibility of the fitting components with the chemical(s) being stored. Our fittings consist of three parts; the fitting itself, the hardware used to mechanically attach the fitting to the tank, and the gasketing which is utilized to seal the fitting against the tank and to seal the attachment hardware on the inside of the tank. When you select the necessary combination of materials from the table below, you will jump to the size selection page. /Asset/1099.JPG

OR1000 Tank Adapters
(16) Our OR1000 tank adapters are designed for use with Poly Processing tanks that have an OR1000 interior liner. These connections are installed from the inside of the tank and project through to isolate the interface of the OR1000 liner and the crosslinked polyethylene outer wall. Included on these pages are our stainless steel connections only.
